Thomas A. Hoeft, 84, Luxemburg, passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. He was born in Milwaukee, WI on October 16, 1940, to the late August and Mae (Marlborough) Hoeft. He married Judith Diedrich on September 7, 1963, in Askeaton, WI. Thomas was a member of the U.S. Army National Guard.
Thomas graduated from Valders High School in 1959 and was part of the first wrestling team in Valders. He was a welder at Bay Shipbuilding in Sturgeon Bay. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing, hunting, and being outdoors, all while listening to classic country music. He was a member of the N.R.A. He was known for his great sense of humor and ability to tell a good story. He loved spending time with family and friends.
Thomas is survived by his children, Sandra (Bill) Bosman, Pat Hoeft, Debra (Kurt) Koerner; son-in-law Richard Kinjerski; grandchildren, Kevin (Special friend Chloe) Bosman, TJ (Samantha) Kinjerski, Zach (Ellie) Hoeft, Alex (fiancé Sarah) Bosman, Nik (fiancé Kayla) Hoeft, Jonathan (Abby) Hoeft, Summer (Special friend John) Koerner, Ian Koerner; great grandchildren, Connor, Cooper, Camila, Beckett, Nolan, and Luella; sister, Peg Carlson; sisters-in-law Ruth Diedrich and Barb Lueloff; brother-in-law Bud Walsh; and many nieces, nephews, and other family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith; his parents; his daughter Christine Kinjerski; sister, Mary Pat Walsh; brother-in-law, Russell Diedrich; granddaughter Samantha Kinjerski; and nephew, Brian Diedrich
Visitation will take place from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on February 22, 2025, at Knollwood Memorial Park in Manitowoc. Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 pm. Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the Hoeft family. Online condolences can be made at KinnardFCS.com.
