Thomas Joseph Berger , 68, Algoma, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015. He was born January 18, 1947 in Green Bay, WI to Eli and Mabel (Rankin) Berger. Tom married Barbara Blahnik on November 18, 1972.
Tom was a fitter at the shipyard. He enjoyed baseball, softball, the Cubs, the Packers and most of all his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Barb; his children (grandchildren), Dawn (T. Watkins) Berger (Zari Berger), Crystal (Jeremy) Madoche (Max and Anna Madoche), and Matthew Berger; brother-in-law Jim LeCloux. He was preceded in death by his sister, Judy LeCloux.
Friends may call at Wiesner & Massart Funeral Home, Algoma on Friday, June 19, 2015 from 3:00-7:00 PM with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 PM with Pastoral Minister Kathy Zeman.
