Sandra Boulanger, 83, Green Bay, formerly of Casco, passed away on October 7, 2021. Sandy was born on July 28, 1938, to the late Joseph and Ethel (Duescher) Boulanger. Sandy was a graduate of Casco High School. Sandy managed the trucks for her father’s construction company. Sandy was independent and spirited. Although not having her own children, she was a generous aunt to her 11 nieces and nephews. She also sponsored students in the Philippines for much of her life. She was a longtime member of Ss. Edward & Isidore parish in Flintville, WI.
She was a hard worker who loved the outdoors and worked tirelessly in her yard and around her pond. She was always planting something new and interesting. She had a love of nature and animals. She took care of many pets in her lifetime including having had a total of 9 dogs that she spoiled. She also had many pet birds including a green parrot and a blue and gold macaw.
Sandy is survived by her sisters, Susan (Jack) Robb of Green Bay, and JoAnn (Joe) Havel of Casco; sister-in-law Barb Boulanger. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ethel Boulanger; brother Henry “Butch” Boulanger, and sister, Patricia Naze.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 10-11 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church – Casco. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am with Fr. Daniel Schuster officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Family is requesting that everyone kindly wear masks for the visitation and the funeral mass.
