Patricia Ann Mastalir , 91, passed away on July 11, 2021. She was born on January 25, 1930 to the late Edward and Helen (Fencil) Koss. Patricia graduated from the Casco High School in 1948 and then attended the Hade School of Fashion Design in Milwaukee. Patricia married Joseph Mastalir on October 22, 1949. He preceded her in death on February 28, 2008. Together they ran a family dairy farm. When not farming, Patricia spent her time as a 4-H leader, sewing, rug making, painting, crafts, gardening, she canned food for all year, baking, was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and the Holy Trinity Altar Rosary Society. The Holy Trinity Catholic Church and school were particularly important to Patricia and were a big part of her life.
Patricia is survived by her children, Joseph (Lisa) Mastalir, Jim (Debbie) Mastalir, Greg Mastalir, Richard Mastalir, Maria (Darrel) LeCloux, Mark Mastalir, Meg (Bill) Kline, Blaine Mastalir, and Chris Mastalir; 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Sister Annette Koss; sister-in-law, Carol Klug; as well as by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; her parents; mother- and father-in-law; granddaughter Jessica; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law; and 3 sisters and brothers-in-law.
Visitation will be held from 9-11 am on Saturday July 17, 2021 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am and will be live streamed on the Holy Trinity School Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/holytrinitycascoschool/, with Father Daniel Schuster officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Online condolence messages may be shared at www.wiesnermassart.com.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Holy Trinity Catholic Church and School.
