Michael J. Neuman

Michael J. Neuman, 71, of Casco, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023. He was born on May 10, 1952, in Beaver Dam to the late Lester & Delores (Nehmer) Neuman. In 1971 Mike married Mary Mattie. He worked at Monarch in Beaver Dam and Algoma locations until their closure, and then he moved to Agropur until his retirement. He had a love for his cat Smokey. Mike enjoyed outdoor decorating for every holiday, camping, fishing, going to the casino, having a beer with friends, and he was always willing to help out and found joy in making people smile.

Mike is survived by his wife Mary; children, Jeff (Jolene) Neuman, Tim Neuman, Carrie Johnson; granddaughter Persalene (and her mother Tasha); brothers and sisters, Barbara (Darrell) Lenz, Lester (Lois) Neuman, Ken (Pam) Neuman, Sue (significant other, Thane Lyons) Reihbandt, Carol Neuman, Cindy (Tom) Graff, James (significant other, Angie Ellenbecker) Neuman; also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his father- and mother-in-law.
