Lucille Rosik, age 96 of Two Rivers, formerly of Kewaunee died on December 31, 2017 at the Wisteria Haus in Two Rivers. She was born on November 30, 1921 in Brown County to the late Isadore and Stella Lukasik.
She married Leo Rosik on July 31, 1948 and he preceded her in death on October 19, 2003.
She and Leo farmed at Rio Creek for many years until retiring. She loved to cook, bake, sew and garden and flowers. She was an avid bird watcher.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Bradley and Linda Rosik, Denmark; Lee and Kim Rosik, Green Bay; two daughters and sons-in-law: Janice and Jim Gayhart, Kewaunee; Linda Rosik-Bohacek and Tom Bohacek, Manitowoc; seven grandchildren: Angela (Steve) Blohowiak; Derek Rosik; Jake Prosser, Amanda, Molly Blodgett; Jason (Laura) Kinjerski; Josh and Lori Kinjerski; a sister-in-law: Leona Pelishek, Green Bay; a brother-in-law: Ernest Rosik, Denmark; one God Child: Myron Lukasik. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Roman Lukasik; Tony (Deloris) Lukasik; one sister: Lorraine (Omer) Smet; her step-father: John Scepanski and other numerous cousins and in-laws.
Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 6 at Buchanan Funeral Home, Kewaunee until the time of services. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon. Entombment will be in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
The family would like to thank the staffs of Wisteria Haus and Homecare Health Services and Hospice for the wonderful care that they gave Mother.
