Loyd C. Heraly , 85, Casco, passed away December 6, 2016, at Autumn Fields. Loyd was born January 10, 1931 to the late Henry and Josephine (Gillis) Heraly. He married Rita Fameree at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Casco on September 6, 1954. He spent his life working for International Harvester, Firestone Tires, Heraly's Hillside Palace and Heraly's Carpentry. He was a member of the Casco American Legion, the Casco Lions Club and the Holy Trinity Holy Name Society. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
Loyd is survived by his loving wife Rita of over 62 years; his 3 sons and daughter, Brent (Lori) Heraly, Texas, Chuck (Lorri) Heraly, Casco, Brenda (Chris) Thiry, De Pere, Chris (Tammy) Heraly, Green Bay; daughter-in-law, Michelle (Carl) Bonde; 11 grandchildren, Eric (Lauran), Kevin (Terra), Allison (Eric), Brad (Denise), Amy (friend Ian), Bridget (Jim), Brett (Emma), Camrin, Brayden, Logan, Brianna; great-grandchildren, Daphne, Ayden, Riley, Elliott, Leah, Lilyana; step grandchildren, Jociyn, Jacodi, Justin; brothers and sister, Elroy (JoAnn) Heraly, Henry (Doris) Heraly, Elaine Dart; and sisters-in-law, Rita and Mary Ann Heraly; and the Fameree Family.
He is preceded in death by his son, Brian; great-grandson, Trenten; brothers, Leroy (Jane), Carl, Eldred; and sisters-in-law Sonja and Ann.
Visitation will be from 3-8 pm at Wiesner & Massart Funeral Home - Casco on Friday, December 9, 2016 with a wake service at 6:30 pm. Visitation will continue at the funeral home Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 8-9:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Holy Trinity Catholic Church at 10:00 am with Fr. Milton Suess officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with full military rites. In lieu of flowers, lawn gifts and wind chimes, a memorial fund has been established in Loyd's name.
