Jean M. (LeMere) Smith

Jean M. Smith, of Kewaunee died Sunday, January  21, 2018 at Aurora Hospital in Green Bay. She was born November 18,1928 in Two Rivers, WI to the late Julius and Olga Le Mere.

Jean married Donald L. Smith June 26,1948 in Two Rivers and they moved to Kewaunee in 1964.

She was a member of the Kewaunee Senior Center, Kewaunee Health and Fitness Center, the legion auxiliary ,and was an avid crafter and bingo player.

Jean was a quiet philanthropist discretely supporting many local organizations. She loved Kewaunee.

She is preceded by her husband Donald in 2007, her parents and her siblings. Survivors include nieces & nephews.

A special thanks to staff at the Atrium, Aurora Hospital and local drivers that transported Jean to dialysis.

At Jeans request there will be a private burial at Knollwood Cemetery.
