Elizabeth C. (Daubner) Koutsky

Elizabeth C. Koutsky , 92, Kewaunee, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023. Betty was born February 12, 1931, to the late Norbert and Leone (Horak) Daubner. She married Edward Koutsky on June 9, 1951, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on April 21, 2000. Together they had one son, Terry. Betty attended Holy Rosary School and graduated from Kewaunee High School in 1949. Employed by Kewaunee Farmers, Farm Bureau and Rural Mutual Insurance, then later at St. Mary Kewaunee Hospital until 1984 when she retired due to surgery. She was active in many clubs, and a lifetime member of Holy Rosary

Betty is survived by, nieces, cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Edward; son Terry (Jean) Koutsky; parents, Norbert & Leone Daubner; sister, Lorraine (Virgil) Karl; father- and mother-in-law, Emil and Margaret Koutsky; and brother-in-law Stanley.

Visitation will take place at Holy Rosary Catholic Church – Kewaunee, on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 11:00 am until noon. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at noon with Fr. Andrew Kurz officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services – Kewaunee is assisting with arrangements.
