Doris M. Saxby, age 60 of Kewaunee died on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Aurora Baycare Medical Center after a short illness. She was born on April 15, 1957 to the late Lawrence and Marie (Seidl) Kinjerski.
Doris graduated from Kewaunee High School. She worked as a rural mail carrier for the U. S. Post Office for over twenty years.
She enjoyed crafting, gardening, cooking, baking and truck pulls and spending time with her family.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Carlos and Dawn Saxby; Dominic and Kristi Saxby both of Kewaunee; six grandchildren: Kayla; Tyler; Dylan (Sheyenne); Amber (Gavin); Justice; Baleigh; two great grandchildren: Carson; Evalynne; two brothers and one sister-in-law: Donald Kinjerski; Dennis and DeeAnn Kinjerski both of Kewaunee; two sisters and one brother-in-law: Betty and Wayne Gauthier; Sally Havlovitz (special friend, Russ Curtis) all of Kewaunee; a sister-in-law: Karen Kinjreski, Kewaunee and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother: Lawrence Kinjerski Jr. And a brother-in-law: Greg Havlovitz.
Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. Friday, December 8 at Buchanan Funeral Home, Kewaunee. A parish wake service will be held at 6:00 p.m. by Christal Wavrunek. Visitation at the funeral home continues until 8:30 p.m. Visitation continues on Saturday after 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St. Hedwig Church, East Krok. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m by Fr. Dennis Drury assisted by Christal Wavrunek. Burial will be in St. Hedwig Cemetery.
