Dawn J. Kieckbusch

Dawn J. Kieckbusch, 91, Kewaunee, passed away on January 5, 2025. She was born on the family farm on January 2, 1934, to the late Henry and Vianas (Schmiling) Jacobs. She graduated from Algoma High School in 1951. She married Russell Kieckbusch on June 28, 1951, at Grace Lutheran Church in Green Bay. Together they enlarged their family with four sons. He preceded her in death on July 27, 1966.

Dawn is survived by her children, Bruce (Donna) Kieckbusch, and their children, Amy (Niki) Kieckbusch, Jody (Jose') Garcia, Tammy (Tim) Hagenow, and Kristy (Todd) Wichlacz; Scott (Sue) Kieckbusch and their children Tonya (Scott) Fenendael, Curt Kieckbusch, and Craig (Maria) Kieckbusch; Todd (Special Friend, Leanne) Kieckbusch, and his stepson Matt; and Chad (Penny) Kieckbusch, and their daughter Miranda; She is further survived by her sister Kay Baker; nineteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell; her parents Henry and Vianas Jacobs; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Edwin and Irene Kieckbusch; her sisters June (Lynn) Bauman, Howie (Marilyn) Nell; and brother-in-law Arlis Baker.

Visitation will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Kewaunee on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 10:00am - 11:00 am. Funeral Service to follow at 11:00am with Pastor Matthew Sprunger officiating. The burial will take place at a later date.
