Darlene Naze

Darlene Naze, 82, Forestville, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Darlene was born on November 27, 1940, to the late Oswald and Lillian (Conard) Everard. After graduating from Casco High School in 1958, she married the love of her life, John “Jack” Naze on February 7, 1959, at St. Hubert Catholic Church in Rosiere. He preceded her in death earlier this year on June 14th. Together they farmed for over 50 years. With the farming life, mom and dad instilled a strong work ethic in all of their kids. In her younger years, she and Jack enjoyed snowmobiling. She enjoyed watching NASCAR races, Packer games, and high school basketball championships. A woman of faith, she worked with Ladies Aid at St. Hubert’s Church for funeral meals. She will be remembered for making Belgian waffles and Christmas cookies.

Darlene is survived by her six children, Jay (Rhonda) Naze, Jill (Dale) Bertrand, Jan (Luann Kellner) Naze, Jeff Naze, Jean (John Ringlien) Hein, Jerry (Deanna) Naze; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Della Everard; brother-in-law Bill Hackett; sister-in-law Linda (Jerry) Jonet; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Naze; brother, Myron Everard; sister, Gloria Hackett; sister-in-law, Rose (Wallace) Andre; and great-grandchild Christian Warzniak.

Private services were held at Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services – Casco on Monday, October 2, 2023. Burial took place at St. Hubert’s Catholic Cemetery. Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services - Casco is assisting the family.  Online condolence messages may be shared at KinnardFCS.com.
