Daniel (Dan) Buresh , 32, Casco, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2011, resulting from an accident. He was born May 23, 1978 in Green Bay to Robert Buresh and the late Kathleen(Bierke) Buresh.
Dan was a truck driver for Algoma Lumber Co. for 16 years. He was an active member of the Casco Lions and his church community. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his dog, Cooper. Dan continues his giving to others by organ donation.
He is survived by his father, Robert(special friend Kay) Buresh, Algoma; his siblings, Joanne(Rick) Ruebl, Wrightstown, Kenneth(Nichole) Buresh, Casco, Rita(special friend Adam) Buresh, Madison; Dan's special friend, Amy Salzsieder, Casco; his nephew and nieces, Ethan, Emerson and Molly; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen and his grandparents.
Friends may call Thursday(Today) from 3 to 8pm at Wiesner-Massart Funeral Home, 1617 Flora Ave., Algoma. Wake Service 6pm Thursday(Tonight). Visitation will continue Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Casco. Funeral Friday 10:30am at Holy Trinity with Fr. Milton Suess officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Casco Lions Club.
