Constance “Connie” M. Parins , 77, Luxemburg. Passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020. Connie was born on April 3, 1943 to the late Mearle and Dolores (Paque) Claflin. She married Gerald Parins on June 13, 1964 at Corpus Christi Church in Sturgeon Bay. Connie was a housewife, who enjoyed crocheting, baking, taking care of the grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and feeding the local wildlife.
Connie is survived by her husband, Gerald; her children, Todd (Kim) Parins and Tammy (Mike) Loucks; grandchildren, Joseph Parins, Zachary Loucks, Pamela (Scott) Dansereau, Amanda Loucks, Jacob Parins, Joshua Parins; great-grandchildren, Lilliana, Arianna, Mikyla, and Parker; brother Stuart Claflin, sisters-in-law, Carol Clark, Geraldine Reinhardt, and Adeline Parins; as well as by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place from 4-8 pm on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Wiesner & Massart Funeral Home - Algoma. Visitation will continue from 9:30-11 am on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church – Algoma. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am with Fr. Alvan Amadi officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Due to COVID-19, social distancing will be practiced and facemasks are required to be worn.
