Carol A. Pfile , 85, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015 in Sheboygan. She was born October 19, 1929 to the late John and Edna Kuehl. She married James Pfile on June 28, 1947 at the Algoma United Methodist Church.
Carol was a housewife who enjoyed keeping and taking great pride in her home, cooking, sewing, family visits, and traveling to see her family.
Carol is survived by her children, Patty (Don) Geurts, Lakewood, Mary (Darwin) Jones, Louisiana, Fred (Julie) Pfile, Sheboygan; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Arnie (Carol) Kuehl, Green Bay and Bob (Carol) Kuehl, Green Bay; sister Judy (Herman) Draeger, Kewaunee as well as by nieces and nephews.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband James on January 19, 2008 and by her grandson Aaron Pfile.
Visitation will be held at Wiesner & Massart Funeral Home, Algoma on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 4:00-8:00pm with a prayer service at 7:30 with Pastor John Moll. Visitation will continue from 10:00-11:00am on Thursday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Algoma, with Pastor Tom Moldenhauer officiating. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Algoma.
