John (Jack) Hallet, 59, formally of Tonet, passed away with his family by his side on December 19, 2011 in Green Bay. He was born March 8, 1952 to Glen and Verna (Theys) Hallet. He made a career of traveling the country as a truck driver.
He is survived by his mother Verna Hallet, brothers and sisters, Wayne (Mary) Hallet, Steve (Patti) Hallet, Mark Hallet, Christine (Tim) Cain, Randy (Julie) Hallet, Sue (Greg) Kinjerski, Sharon (Shelley) Dallmann; his children Renee, Dawn, John Jr., Carssia, Jeanette, Miranda; and grandchildren, as well as a special friend Terrie Flessert.
He was preceded in death by his father Glen Hallet, an infant sister Mary, and his grandparents.
Visitation will be held at St. Killian's Catholic Church, New Franken, on Friday December 23, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. William O'Brien officiating. Burial to follow in Thiry Daems Cemetery. Wiesner & Massart Funeral Home, Casco, is assisting the family with arrangements.
