James (Jimmy) Allen Thogersen Minor , 33, Algoma, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning, Aug. 4, at home.
Born Jan. 11, 1982, in Tampa, Fla., he later moved with his mom and sister to Menomonee Falls, Wis., and then as an adult to Silver Cliff, Wis. and later to Algoma, Wis.
He attended Menomonee Falls High School. Jimmy loved dogs, being outdoors, country music, fishing, and spending time with his fiance and horses.
He is survived by his father, Troy Minor, Silver Cliff (Janeen); father, Jim Thogersen of Florida; sisters, Shana Johnson (Keith), Green Bay; Holly French (Keith), Illinois; nieces, Grace, Zoey, and Charlotte; nephew, Maxx; grandparents, Arden Kosidowski (Melba), Menomonee Falls; Stan Minor, Marinette; Judy Thogersen, Florida; uncles, Kris Kosidowski (Sylvia), Menomonee Falls; Kirk Kosidowski (Stephanie), Menomonee Falls; Kevin Minor (Wendy), Sussex; Chad Minor (Rebecca), Hartford; Greg Thogersen (Cheryll); Florida; Rick Thogersen (Patty); Florida; fiancee, Michelle Jeanquart; and all his cousins and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa (Terry) Minor, aunt, Renee DeWees, grandma, Janice Minor, and grandpa Axel Thogersen.
The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 8, at 11 a.m. at Cornerstone Assembly of God in Silver Cliff, Wis. Burial will follow at Forest Home Cemetery and a lunch will be provided after.
