Bernadette A. Deprez , 95, Luxemburg, formerly of Duvall, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. She was born on November 4, 1922 to the late Eli and Louise (Le Captain) Johnson. She married Carlton Deprez on November 4, 1941 at St. Francis Catholic Church in Duvall. Together they farmed with their son Cliff until Carlton's passing in 1984. She moved to Luxemburg in 1995 and then later moved to Helping Hearts (formerly Fred and Mamies) in October of 2013. She enjoyed traveling on bus trips with her daughter, playing cards (Cuyoo and Sheepshead) and especially enjoyed sewing. Bernadette was a member of the Altar Society at St. Peter's.
Bernadette is survived by her sons, Milan (Janet) Deprez, Sherwood, WI and Cliff (Viola) Deprez, New Franken, WI; nine grandchildren, Lori King, Dan Deprez, Nicole Olson, Patrick and Terry Jacobosky, Jon and Nicholas Deprez, Jason Deprez, and Melissa Baker; twelve great-grandchildren, Bennett, Carter, Amber, Garrett, Jerad, Logan, Ethan, Amanda, Celia, Drew, Brett and Miranda; sisters-in-law, Lillian Johnson and Rosella Johnson.
She is preceded in death by her husband Carlton; parents, Eli and Louise Johnson; in-laws, Joseph and Laura Deprez; daughter, Regina Jacobosky; son, Christopher Deprez; granddaughter, Laura Deprez; brothers and sister-in-law, Francis (Gladys) Dhuey, Eldred and Norbert Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Joseph (Mildred) Deprez;
Visitation will take place at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Lincoln, WI on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 9-11 am. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am with Fr. Edward Looney officiating. Entombment at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum to follow on Monday. Online condolence messages may be shared here .
